Dean Michaux is a dedicated attorney with a passion for helping families in need. Dean has spent his entire career in service to our community. Dean is a United States Marine Corps veteran and former professional firefighter. Now, Dean continues his service to our community as a lawyer, working hard and fighting to achieve the results and justice his clients deserve.

Dean advises and represents clients in Greensboro, High Point, and surrounding areas on domestic matters, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, and marital property division. Dean understands that frequently the emotions and complex issues involved in family law matters are overwhelming.  While navigating legal and emotional issues, Dean is adept at applying his extensive knowledge of family law to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. Dean’s clients appreciate his compassionate, thoughtful, and thorough approach and his ability to navigate complex legal issues with ease. He is dedicated to achieving the best possible result for his clients, whether pursuing or defending claims, representing clients at trial, or negotiating favorable settlements. Throughout his legal career, Dean has worked on a diverse range of family law cases and represented numerous clients through divorces, custody disputes, and paternity actions, among others. Dean is an active family court litigator with extensive negotiation, trial, and settlement experience.  Dean helps his clients develop and organize a strategy to accomplish their goals and resolve their family law issues, including matters of divorce, paternity, legitimation, adoption, child support, as well as child custody and visitation. Dean understands the significant personal consequences of his practice, which is why he is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for each of his clients - whether tried in a courtroom or negotiated to settlement.

Dean and his wife reside in Guilford County. He is the proud father of two sons.
